A COMPLETE GUIDE TO RAISING A GENIUS CHILD

HOME WORK.

Homework otherwise known as Assignment is an integral part of helping a growing child becomes truly academically successful.

Never come to a place where your children's homework will be undone, one of the spouse's should be available to see that this happens.

As my daughter's education progresses, I see to it that every assignment is THOROUGHLY done, also making sure the previous ones are THOROUGHLY marked, else, I'll be in school the following day asking questions. The class teacher knows this.

I also made sure to always check her bag to see that she didn't lose any book or forget any in school.

Gum is constantly in our library, tattered books has no single space in my daughter's education, we keep them tidy and glued, she knows this and would keep her stationaries properly.

By doing that, I was able to communicate the importance of keeping her books, also sending a signal, that education is a top priority and must be taken as such. She could understand how much I valued books so it naturally stuck that there must be something special about books, school, education, if Mummy takes this personally.

We never threw away books, we got cartons and safe keep every single one. Sometimes she goes to where we kept them now and read over and again, and she'll be like "Mummy, that topic we were treating that day, look it's here!".

Your child must get to a place where they know what you appreciate. At that point, if it good, you become their role model, if it's also bad, you also become their role model.

Children mirrors us, so be careful what you do around them and be bold to reiterate and embolden good things to enable them learn positivity.

I hated to see my daughter score 4/5 and she was fully aware of this disposition as a result, assignment remained a collective effort. We would solve each problem expressively, no rush, and whenever we go out of answers we consult Google or call subject incline family to enquire.

Once she arrives from school, I bathe her with cold water, fed her before insisting she naps.

I'm fully aware that sleeping helps calm the brain so we make it a point of duty to inculcate that into her regime. After all, health is wealth, conclusively, sick child is not a worthy candidate of a classroom.
